How do I find out my Airman's Flight and TRS numbers?
That information will come from your Airman in training (usually in the form of a phone call or letter home). As the photography company on base, we are not provided with individual information.
We do not catalog Flights by their nicknames/mottos so the correct Flight, TRS, and grad date will be needed to place an order.
If your Airman was transferred or recycled at any time during training, we recommend learning which Flight they were photographed with, and use that information when ordering.
How long does it take to fulfill my order?
Prints and downloads, may be shipped 3-5 weeks after graduation/order date whichever is later.

Why can't I select my Airmen's Graduation Date?
We are only able to fulfill orders for 9 months after graduation. If you cannot select the Month, Day, and Year of your Soldier's graduation date, we cannot fulfill your order.
Can you tell me what my airmen ordered on base to avoid ordering duplicates?
We are unable to provide personal information of any kind about your airmen. We always recommend communicating with your airmen before placing an order.
My Airman just arrived at Lackland AFB. When do you photograph their portraits and Flight Group Photos?
Airmen portraits and Flight Group photos are photographed around week 4 of training.
We highly recommend communicating with your Airman prior to ordering to learn of any transfers or other issues that may have occurred which would affect receiving the accurate prints.
