Due to the customized nature of our products, all sales are final. Cancelations must be provided before midnight on the day you've ordered. We do not update orders after they have been placed, please ensure you are ordering the correct items before placing your order.

You are responsible for ensuring accurate and complete information, including Trainee information, shipping details and addresses, when placing an order. For details on handling undelivered packages due to incorrect addresses, please refer to our Shipping Policy.

The download products that we offer on our store will be sent to the email address used when ordering. We are not held responsible for incorrect emails or misspelled email addresses. If you email us with a corrected email we can correct it for the Training Photos but the Digital Downloads we offer will have to be refunded. Ordering for these items has a time limit so please ensure you use the correct email.

We typically photograph your Airman/Guardian in Week 4 of BMT at Lackland. It takes up to 2 weeks after the photo session date to capture the photos, edit/process, and create the prints and other photo products. BMT Training Video USB and Downloads are completed close to a Flight's Graduation Date. Flight eBook Downloads are available about 4 weeks after graduation. We process your order and fulfill & ship your items as soon as your Airman/Guardian's photos are available and we have their Flight information.

Orders placed after graduation can take up to 3 weeks to fulfill. We do our best to ship orders placed prior to graduation within 4 weeks of the Graduation Date. Our shipping through USPS for photo products takes 5-8 business days. You’ll receive an email when your order has been fulfilled and has shipped.
