Important: This is a custom, made-to-order item. Read all of this carefully.

Shipping: If you order the photo button via this online store it arrives via USPS Ground Advantage. Estimated 3 week fulfillment time + 5 day delivery time. Depending on how close your order is to graduation, delivery before the ceremony CANNOT be guaranteed. We will NOT process refunds if requested because it didn't arrive in time for grad.

Grad Pickup: To get the photo button in time for graduation, we recommend ordering by calling our photo button sales line: 210-695-4979 (Note: this is NOT a customer-service rep line). If ordered this way, you will be picking the photo button up on graduation. Read below for more details on pickup:

Your button will be ready for pickup on the Wednesday of your Airman's Grad ceremony week if you order via the photo button sales line. Do NOT order it via the phone sales line if you are not attending grad or if it is already past the graduation date of your Airman.

If ordered via the photo button sales line, you will pick it up in the parking lot on the right side of the PRC (Pfingston Reception Center) building on WEDNESDAY of grad week. This is where all of the vendors are located and we will be located in a white tent. We will be there from 6:00am - 9:15am CENTRAL.

You must pick it up on Wednesday during these times. See second product image for more details.

How will I receive my button?

If ordered the photo button via this online store, it will get shipped to you via USPS Ground Advantage. May arrive in a separate package from other items in your order.

If ordered via the photo button sales line, you will pick it up on the Wednesday of your Airman's grad week.

Please read the "Shipping & Pick-Up Info" above and the "Grad Pickup" Information & Instructions image for more information (especially if you order via the sales line).

How long does it take to fulfill my order?

If you order via the sales line, your photo button will be available there for pickup.

If you order via this online store it will be shipped to you, it can take up to 3 weeks to be fulfilled + 5 days of delivery time. Depending on how close your order is to graduation, delivery before the ceremony cannot be guaranteed.

Can I preview the portrait before ordering?

Portrait previews are not currently available, but we're working on a new feature called “Find My Trainee” that will allow for this in the future.

How do I find out my Airman's Flight and TRS numbers?

That information will come from your Airman in training (usually in the form of a phone call or letter home). As the photography company on base, we are not provided with individual information.

We do not catalog Flights by their nicknames/mottos so the correct Flight, TRS, and grad date will be needed to place an order.

If your Airman was transferred or recycled at any time during training, we recommend learning which Flight they were photographed with, and use that information when ordering.

Why can't I select my Airman's Graduation Date?

We are only able to fulfill orders for 9 months after graduation. If you cannot select the Month, Day, and Year of your Soldier's graduation date, we cannot fulfill your order.

Can you tell me what my Airman ordered on base to avoid ordering duplicates?

We are unable to provide personal information of any kind about your airmen. We always recommend communicating with your airmen before placing an order.

The button is not available for your Airman to order on base and is exclusively offered online or via the photo button sales line.

My Airman just arrived at Lackland AFB. When do you photograph their portraits?

Airmen portraits and Flight Group photos are photographed around week 4 of training. We typically are finished processing these photos on week 5.

We highly recommend communicating with your Airman prior to ordering to learn of any transfers or other issues that may have occurred which would affect receiving the accurate prints.

How much does shipping cost?

We charge a flat rate of $10 shipping + handling.

You may see a "Shipping Merged" discount at checkout, this is just a discount that ensures you pay a flat rate of $10.
