Important: This is a custom, made-to-order item please read.

If we have your Airman's portrait already processed, the estimated fulfillment window is 1-2 weeks from order date.

If we have not processed your Airman's portrait, you can order but you will essentially be preordering. Estimated fulfillment window for preorders is 2-6 weeks from order date.

To know if your Airman's portrait is processed, please keep in mind that the portraits are taken during week 4 of training and we finish processing them by week 5.

Once fulfilled, delivery typically takes 3-8 business days.

How will I receive my Online Exclusive Item?

All Online Exclusive items ship via USPS Ground Advantage.

These items WILL come in a separate package from all non - "online exclusive" items because they ship from different locations.

How long will it take to receive my Online Exclusive item?

It can take up to 3 weeks to be fulfilled + 5 days of delivery time. Depending on how close your order is to graduation, delivery before the ceremony cannot be guaranteed.

Can I preview the portrait before ordering?

Portrait previews are not currently available, but we're working on a new feature called “Find My Trainee” that will allow for this in the future.

How much does shipping cost?

We charge a flat rate of $10 shipping + handling.

You may see a "Shipping Merged" discount at checkout, this is just a discount that ensures you pay a flat rate of $10.

How do I find out my Airman's Flight and TRS numbers?

That information will come from your Airman in training (usually in the form of a phone call or letter home). As the photography company on base, we are not provided with individual information.

We do not catalog Flights by their nicknames/mottos so the correct Flight, TRS, and grad date will be needed to place an order.

If your Airman was transferred or recycled at any time during training, we recommend learning which Flight they were photographed with, and use that information when ordering.

Why can't I select my Airman's Graduation Date?

We are only able to fulfill orders for 9 months after graduation. If you cannot select the Month, Day, and Year of your Soldier's graduation date, we cannot fulfill your order.

Can you tell me what my Airman ordered on base to avoid ordering duplicates?

We are unable to provide personal information of any kind about your airmen. We always recommend communicating with your airmen before placing an order.

However, all items marked as "Online Exclusive" in the top left hand corner of their product image are only available for purchase online here so there's no worrying about buying duplicates of those!

My Airman just arrived at Lackland AFB. When do you photograph their portraits?

Airmen portraits and Flight Group photos are photographed around week 4 of training. We typically are finished processing these photos on week 5.

We highly recommend communicating with your Airman prior to ordering to learn of any transfers or other issues that may have occurred which would affect receiving the accurate prints.
